My Mr Beams motion sensor light stopped working; how do I take advantage of the 1-year warranty?
We back our products 100%. If you have any issues with your product after purchase, please submit a contact form describing the problem you're experiencing with your light so we can help troubleshoot or send a replacement if needed.
How do I return my order? What are the details on the 30-day money back guarantee?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. Simply submit a contact form requesting a refund, and you will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your return and give you instructions on where to send the product. Please allow 3-10 business days for your refund to show up on your statement or online banking site (refund timing depends on your banking provider). Note: Mr Beams can only refund purchases made through our website or via phone orders. To inquire about a Mr Beams purchase through one of our distributors, please contact the site or store where the purchase was made.
How do I register my motion sensor lights for the free extended 2-year warranty?
