If you are experiencing technical issues with your Mr Beams light or suspect it may have a defect, please take a minute to fill out the form below and we will be in touch within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).
If your unit was previously installed and working properly, please try the following troubleshooting steps before submitting your inquiry.
- Insert a brand new set of alkaline batteries.
- Place light in a dark room and allow batteries to settle.
- Activate your light with motion.
- If it activates, please wait and allow light to turn off. If it doesn't activate, please submit the return inquiry form below.
Purchases made through mrbeams.com are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Purchases made through mrbeams.com or authorized distributors are eligible to be exchanged for a replacement light within the designated warranty period. All Mr Beams lights are covered against defects under a standard one-year warranty; Mr Beams lights registered on mrbeams.com are covered against defects under a two-year warranty.

To request a refund, please see the following process:
1. Initiate your intent to return your product for a refund either through submitting the return form below or calling customer service at 877-298-9082.
2. A customer service representative may request additional details to verify the mrbeams.com purchase, including the name on the order, purchase date, order number and products ordered.
3. Once the order has been verified that it’s eligible for a refund, the customer is responsible for shipping the product and a copy of their order invoice to the Mr Beams office. Acceptable methods of delivery include USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. and returns must be shipped to:

4. When the product has been received and verified, a refund will be made to the credit card on the initial order and the customer will be notified via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show in your account.

Products are eligible for an exchange when they are defective and not operating as intended. To request an exchange, please see the following process:
1. Initiate your intent to exchange your product either through submitting the return form below or calling customer service at 877-298-9082.
2. A customer service representative may request additional details to verify the purchase date, retailer it was purchased from and any issues the customer is experiencing with the light. The representative will offer troubleshooting techniques to verify the light is not defective. If the light is defective, a replacement unit will be sent out.
3. If the customer service representative would like the product to be inspected further, they will include a return shipping label with the replacement light for the customer to send the defective unit back. The customer is not responsible for the cost of shipping, but is expected to return the unit when requested.
